No idea what it takes for ebay to close someone down - I made a complaint recently when an item did not arrive - the seller has 236 neg feedback in the last month! they also have 13 neutral and 571 positive this month - their feedback score is still 98.4% so ebay class them as a good seller!!
    They now have 1129 negatives!!

I see no great urgency in closing down an obviously dodgy seller like the one in your example- surely no buyer would touch them anyway so they can't hurt anyone.

Ebay review at certain times of the month, so your seller will probably get pulled eventually if their feedback percentage falls enough, but meanwhile why would any buyer buy from them if they were that bad?

I guess that when you see 98.4% feedback score when they have sold over 30,000 items you will not always look further at recent feedback - most items are cheap 99p items. We bought from them as item was only 99p and never thought to look at recent feedback!

You are not talking bout the same seller clearly.
