Comic Book Value Rise Delivery Issue

I think I've got a bit of a problem on eBay at the moment. Can't be 100% sure and it might be a genuine issue but still..
I purchased a comic book from eBay just over two weeks ago knowing it would be going up in value as it's been picked up by a TV company to possibly be made into a show. Anyway, surprise surprise it so far hasn't been delivered. I have reported it as not arriving but I wouldn't be satisfied with getting my money back as it has already gone up in price by about 250% since the auction.
Any ideas?

Not a lot you can do really, keep an eye out if seller lists it again for more money & then report them0

Despite its faults one of the things ebay doesn't need to do is ensure you make a profit0
