Hi all,
On 16th Feb I started a free trial with love film which stated that after free trial I would get £20 next voucher.
I filled details in ect and 1st payment came out of bank and I waited for the voucher. meanwhile MIL used same site and signed up also and has since received her vouchers.
I have emailed them a few times latest email response says I didn't use the code and they can only offer 1 month free (£7.99)
and not the vouchers.
Should I accept this offer or keep trying for the voucher as I feel I did enter code ect same as Mil.
