Sun Hol Brean Sands Emergency! Please can someone help?

Hi all

I am hoping that some kind soul out in the MSE world can help with a MAJOR problem I have. I have a ground floor chalet booked at Pontins, Brean Sands for this coming Monday. I have only just got my confirmation through, and have only one bedroom, and a sofa-bed area for sleeping. I desperately need 2 rooms (mix of adults and kids that are not related, and sharing beds is a bit 'taboo' IYKWIM)

Is anyone going there next week that has a 2 bedroom place, that could possibly swap? I know this is a REALLY long shot, but I am at my wits end. No upgrades available of any description, and I dont want to lose out as it is the only chance I have to get away.

Any help/advice would be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance, Bigsismiff x

    :( oh no

If they cant share beds, then what about some sleeping on camp beds / blow up beds on the floor? can they at least share a room ??

think that will be your best bet rather than cancel etc

whos mistake was it to book a 1 bed ?? theirs or yours ??
  • I couldnt specify when i booked. Have always had plenty of space in past years. Think they checked sex and ages in the past, but this year must be really busy. With hindsight I should have booked an extra place, just to be sure of the room, but that would be too organised, eh? I phoned as soon as I got the confirmation through, but it was too late, and all upgrades were gone. They wont even take my name for a cancellation.

May have to be blow up beds, but I was really hoping there was someone that had a little too much room.
