charges

hi all

does seven year rule still apply if bank charges
were taken from benefit money

i.e
i had child benefit and dla paid into bank
went 3p over drawn and got £27 charge

    If they hadn't charged you for being overdrawn, they'd probably have charged you for returning the payment unpaid.
