What memory should i buy for my compaq laptop?

Currently my compaq armada laptop has 64mB

Intel Pentium III processor
746 MhZ
64 MB RAM

its really slow and I have been looking on ebay to buy some memory, im not sure which one to get, will it be SDRAM or DDR.

Thanks but i am unable to scan as the laptop is too slow and it has compaq armada M300 & E700 but not my model which is M700
