Can anyone with this account please confirm when the cashback is paid? Does it go in as a monthly lump sum along with interest or is it paid separately for each eligible DD?
Reason I ask is that my account has been open for over a month now with several DDs having been paid out. I've had my in credit interest buy no cashback payments.
Cheers.

I've had my account for just over a month too.
This happened last week.
It looks like you get credits for each category. So i got one saying for "3% comms direct debits" or something like that. It was the day before £2 went out for the account fee. Then the day after that the interest was paid in. The mobile direct debits are the only things we claimed for this month due to the account transfer.0 -
Cash-back and interest is paid on the last day of your "month". The month refers to your statement cycle, which is based on the day the account was opened.
In my case, the cycle runs from the 17th to the 16th of the next month. So I am expecting my next payment this Thursday. The monthly fee of £2.00 is taken about two weeks later.0 -
I usually get my interest and cashback the day before they charge me the £2.0

For me account opened 10th April and the £2 fee taken and interest added on 11th May. No eligible DDs have gone out yet so no cashback earned yet.0
