I was under the impression that when Santander start a credit agreement, method of paying earlier would be easy! but it seems it is not. I have searched their websites and have had no luck with payment sites.
Is it me or has anybody else had this problem and if so how did they get round it?

Do you mean a credit agreement for a credit card? If so, look at this link:

You can pay using online banking, cheque in the post, over the phone, or even in branch if you have your statements handy.0
