'Natural' flea control?

I normally use Advocate on my collie but she is on steroids at the mo and I worry about putting yet another chemical into her bloodstream! (the vets say it will be OK but I am not convinced). I googled natural flea treatments and came up with something called Biospotix. Just wondered if anyone had tried it or can recommend anything else?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hi,
Been using Billy No mates from CSJ for years with my springer & never had a problem. It's a herb based which you sprinkle on their food, makes them smell nice too:D0 -
Zooplus do a natural spray called Exner, might be worth a try0

Everything's made of chemicals. I'm always a little exasperated that people are suspicious of drugs (that have been through rigorous testing regimes) yet are happy to use some unproven, untested 'natural' remedy, when both are just substances at the end of the day. Just because something's 'natural' doesn't mean it's not dangerous. Arsenic's 'natural'.
Why would you rather trust some potentially wacky site you've found on the internet over your own vet? Bizarre."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
