Praise for Homebase

I have to give a big thanks to the staff at Homebase.
I had tried to do a bit of decorating and managed to knock the glass off a down lighter fitting in my bathroom.
The glass smashed on my sink and I was left with an odd looking light.
I checked in store and the new fitting was £20 ..I only needed the bit of glass ..
I contacted Homebase customer service to see if I could get in touch with the manufacture really.
They responded well above the call of duty.
They had located the part I wanted as stock they carried and sent me a replacement extremely rapidly and and no cost at all.

So my thanks and respect to all at Homebase and especially the lady who assisted me.
