Airport Transfer from Girona Airport to Costa Brava

I'm flying into Girona airport - 2 adults and 2 children with 2 suitcases.
We then need to get to Lloret de Mar. I have checked out the local bus(only costs 7 euros each), but we may just miss it and then have to wait 3 hours.
Does anyone know if it will be cheaper to pre book a taxi or just use the airport taxi's. Do the airport taxi's have a set price?

I've always used resorthoppa for the transfer.
When i looked at using local transport you had to get a bus into girona and then the local train and then possibly a bus/taxi at the otehr end. Seemed a lot of faff and delay to save a few quid.0 -
https://www.airporttransfers.co.uk will do a shuttle transfer right to your hotel for £34 EW for your whole family. so only marginally more expensive than the costa brava bus.0

£8.50 pp ew = £34 ew for a family of 40 -
My sons just been and a taxi for 5 of them to Lloret was about 40-50 Euros each way (more expensive going back because of night flight). Much less hassle than waiting around for a bus or shuttle. We went one year on a shuttle and they seem to wait for a bus to fill before going anywhere. We were lucky, but some people had been waiting on a hot bus for hours. Personally I always try and organise my trips so the resort is close to the airport and Lloret is probably the closest resort to Girona. Have a great trip BTW (if you've not already been!)0
