Hi, Mums PC, compaq presario 6000, needs windows xp re installed. I have the original discs but the Windows XP disc is badly scratched and is being rejected.
Where can I get a fresh copy from please?
Is it possible to 'mend' the copy we have or download Xp from the internet?

Done. Use you own Drivers disc or copy the folder from the original installation before formatting. Alternatively you may get them online.0
