I have a santander current account which I have held for 10 years. Can anyone advise how I can get hold of old direct debit information from 2004?

Your copies of bank statements.0

Unless you have a copy of the statements yourself then the only way will be to ask Santander but I doubt they will hold information that old.0

I don't have bank statements thats why I was asking!! I just wondered could I send a SAR for a bank account like i have for loans?0

Have you rung and asked?
If the account is still active then they may still be held on the system.
Would be a lot cheaper & quicker than putting in a SAR request to find that they don't keep info after 6 years.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
They can go back as far as 2oo4 now in branch0

I assume this is for a PPI claim? If so, you might be cutting it fine as I believe that Santander only took over from Abbey in 2004 - anything before that will likely be difficult to retrieve.0
