fasthosts webmail issue 13/14 May

there was a problem accessing emails via webmail yesterday & earlier today. solution offered from fasthosts support page was to upgrade (free) to the outlook interface. knowing very little about email/interfaces etc. i thought this was just a temporary thing whilst webmail was down, so went ahead & upgraded.

it would appear i've completely mis-understood this & the upgrade seems to be permanent! webmail is back up but when i log in, my stored folders of past emails aren't there.

anyone know how i can get webmail full access back? outlook was ok as a fix, but i really can't use it on a daily basis, it's awful!

Why don't you contact them !! they are the only ones who can give you an answer about your account.

I have, but knowing how long they take to sort anything, thought i'd ask on here in the meantime...sorry for using a forum to ask a question
