Samsung washing machine (2nd one in 3 weeks)

Hi, i would like to know my rights with regards to my washing machine (sorry its a long story)
I bought an Ecobubble washing machine from Currys on 13/04/13 and was delivered the next day.
Machine was rattling so loud i could hear it in the barn across the yard while on spin, contact Samsung they send an engineer out, he tightens some stuff on the machine, makes it even worse.
Contact Samsung, they agree to replace washing machine, went back to Currys on the 09/05/13 new machine delivered next day.
Machine delivered last friday, OH plumbed the washer in on sunday.
I turn the machine on do a empty wash as the instructions told me, walk away come back 15 minutes later to my utility flooded
Cant phone Samsung they are shut
so i speak to them on monday, they offer yet another replacement or refund. I then explain that my flooring has been damaged due to the flood (its Bathroom rated laminate flooring which in each joint is now lifting)
They have sent an engineer out today to inspect the washer and flooring (washers pump is leaking-badly)
I cant fault Samsung they are being pretty quick about sorting things out, all i would like to know is what are my rights?
Am i being unreasonable asking for a new machine and my flooring being replaced/repaired? or asking for a better machine and i claim on my home insurance for the flooring?
Thanks

I don't know the legal stance - you will need to study Samsung's warranty terms closely. IME, 'most' warranties don't cover consequential damage so you might have to work out whether the cost to replace the floor is worth making an insurance claim, with your excess, increased premiums etc.
For me, 2 faulty machines would have ruined my faith in the brand, and I'd take the refund and move on, but I'd certainly at least ask for the floor to be covered, and take this as high as possible within Samsung before giving up.0 -
Thanks, i should find out within 2 days of what happening, you might be right with the refund, im just gutted as it comes with a 5 year guarantee where everything else in a similar price (£430 i paid) comes with a 2 year guarantee. Is a Bipolar bear0
