Sat Nav / iPhone App

My sat nav is pretty much broken, and even if it does work, it's pretty old.
I don't really want to buy a new one as I rarely go places where I need one. But I'm going to Butlins next month and don't really know the way there.
I have an iPhone and my brother says there is an app I can use. But will it actually tell me where to go while I am driving, so that I don't have to continually look at it type of thing.
Sounds great, but if it does exist, people just wouldn't bother buying sat navs any more, would they?

I have found Navfree pretty good and it does give spoken directions, no problem.......
Not everyone has an iphone and there are people who still want standalone units
But for those with iphones, which cost around £400 new, (even if it was "free" on a tariff plan.......there is still the cost of the phone to factor in in the first place! )you do have the ability to use a free app for satnav instead :beer: 0
