    Dear Buyer,

Unfortunately I am unable to post this item, hence why it was advertised as 'collection only'.

If you would like to arrange to collect, I can be contacted on 000000000.

    Thanks, Seller.

This, but also remember that it is entirely possible that the buyer meant to say "collection details" rather than "delivery details" -certainly on this and other forums people often manage to transpose the words "buyer" and "seller".

Buyers have left me feedback saying "thanks for your fast payment" etc. Maybe they just did a bulk feedback... but surely you can't miss that some transactions offer the possibility of a negative and some don't
