With new builds the lenders normally factor in these 'incentives'. In fact very often the developer will assist with obtaining a mortgage with a recommended lender who they are already 'in bed' with. If you have your mortgage agreed, you have nothing to worry about, it is a different scenario. Enjoy your new home
