Best offers from France

I have received a best offer on two items totally approximately £250. I have the items set up for UK only, but the offers have come from France.
I have rechecked all my settings and they are definitely UK only. Does that mean that he can offer, but wouldn't be able to buy ? Also, if I decide to accept the offers, can anyone recommend a fully tracked service. I have tried DHL for a package approx 50 cm x 20 cm x 40 cm weighing 1.5 kg and it's coming out at £80 +

There are cheapish road services to Europe

offer a service with UPS to France for 17.84 + VAT. Insurance would be extra but check that your items would be covered - lots of things are excluded.0 -

I often buy stuff from other countires which isnt listed as posted to the uk , but I normally contact the seller first to get a price. So yes they can still buy from you . Its up to you if you accept it.

I usually offer Worldwide shipping. but due to the value have my settings to UK only. That should mean he won't be able to buy, but I am surprised that Ebay allowed him to make an offer. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever
