Hi,
Has anyone got any idea how long an "authority to proceed" takes to come through, and how will it come through - will they post me something?
I contacted South West Homes (my help to buy agent) and they were no help! Said they were busy!
It says on their website 3-4 days but its been over a week.
Just wondered what anybody else's experience has been like.
Thanks
