Need a credit card for holiday

Which is the best credit card to take on holiday for the just incase moments?!
hoping not to spend on it as taking cash with us.

We are going to Mexico in 18 days so need it sorting ASAP.

    Yes, it's the best credit card and one of the best cards in general. However, don't rely on one card. Be prepared to blocked transactions and have backups.

    18 days is cutting it mighty fine. Halifax Clarity is a good card to have as it doesn't have currency exchange fees.

    The credit cards which work globally are better for your travelling purposes.
    Please got at least two credit cards and do not forget their PINs. Forgetting PIN will not pay you instantly, it would require further request and time to get another PIN for same credit card.

    How about Metro Bank? Both their credit and debit card offer perfect exchange rates with no usage fees abroad, and can be issued instantly in branch...
