You wouldn't finish the sentence :)

Which shows the type of person you are - someone offers an opinion you don't like and you resort to violence.

    So you're a THUG.

Don't bother replying I'm adding you to ignore, you're really not worth wasting any more time on.

I was referring to your sarcasm and harsh post/reply. That is not spam it is in fact opinion. The question was not in reference to the OPs guarantor, that is up to the guarantors opinion but you just felt the need to add that extra comment.

It seems a perfectly reasonable extra comment as well. You might call it sarcastic and harsh I would call it justifiable. Perhaps take a look at these threads and you might learn something.

Just 3 of the many threads where people have had their credit history trashed by guaranteeing a loan for someone.

Perhaps now you will understand why so many experienced posters on here are totally against gaurantor loans.
Shame there are so many people who are quick to judge on here.

Your credit score is meaningless ~ all lenders have their own criteria.

Why don't you open a savings account with a Credit Union, then in a few months approach them for a loan?

You should be able to see how much the amount you were looking to borrow would cost you in repayments per month and put that money into a savings account for a few months. If you can't afford to do that, then you can't afford the repayments on a loan.

    Completely agree with Vikipollard :money:

So I will suggest you to move for a payday loans.

Are you going to be back later to recommend a payday loan company that you just happen to know?

Credit scores are Brilliant to an individual that has 4 defaults and missed payments on their credit report and gets a score of 990 Excellent.

And when this individual then applies for a credit card and get turned down they then learn just how meaningless these scores really are and how their wasted £14.99 a month could of went on something better.

    OP

Borrowing for a deposit on a rental property is probably not a good idea anyway.
Rent deposits are typically only equal to 1-2 months rent. Ideally you should be able to save this up within a couple of months prior to starting renting. You don't want to add the burden of paying back a loan on top of your new rent and living costs.

If you are already renting somewhere yourself then will you not have a deposit to come back from that property that you can use?
If not then chances are your outgoings will increase once you are renting your own place, it is usually easier to save up a deposit first over a few months than pay back a loan afterwards.

Alternatively if you are unable to save the deposit and if you meet certain conditions then you might want to see if there is a rent deposit guarantee scheme in your area. http://england.shelter.org.uk/get_advice/paying_for_a_home/rent_deposit_and_bond_schemes
