Beko washing machine - less than 1 year old

I am having problems with my beko machine. When the programme finishes all the lights go out and the door does not open. I have tried doing different programmes but they all end up the same. Cannot get door open anyone know what the problem could be.

Do you have a consumer rights issue?
Have you considered talking to whoever supplied the thing to you?
Have you yet been in touch with the manufacturer?
