HA interview for house

Evening,
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of these? I've been nominated for a house with another housing association. Thus far I've had to give everything bar a DNA sample, and now they've asked to interview me on Friday. The property is a new build, and they are 'sensitive lets', so I'm unsure whether it's to do with this, or whether it's just procedure for this HA. I feel like I've applied for a job
Any ideas what it entails? The lady was lovely on the phone, but I didn't ask the right questions as I was in a fluster!
Thanks xx

Pretty normal now, they want to make sure - as far as they can - that you will pay your rent and not annoy the neighbours. Don't turn up drunk, smelling of weed and make sure any kids in pushchairs have finished their greggs sausage roll/ chips before you arrive. They will probably also ask for the first month's rent in advance if you are working or perhaps 2 weeks in advance if you are on benefits. Welcome to the brave new world of 'lightly' regulated Registered Providers....0

Best hide my sharps bin then, seeing as they're coming to my house!
Cheers, I'll endeavour to detox before Friday and dose the small child up on calpol too, that should keep her quiet0
