Advice needed re poss house move

I am after some opinions please. We currently live in a very nice 3 bed semi. We have a lovely kitchen and conservatory which I love but the bedrooms are small, one is a box room 
we have an opportunity to move to a larger 4 bed semi for not much more money than our current house.
My issue is the 4bed need a lot of cosmetic work as well new kitchen, completely new boiler and also a garage conversion to get the amount of space down stairs we currently have in the 3bed.
Now what do I do???? I just don't know, I love my 3bed but we can do nothing to it to improve the space upstairs. The 4 bed has the bedrooms and allot of potential to make the down stairs very big also we could expend upstairs also. My brain say the 4 bed (at the right price) would be worth it in the long term but it will cost £19k to get the to a good standard . But my heart says stay in our 3bed.
