Contact For Lenses - misleading prices in emails and ignore emails

Hi
Just wondered if anyone else had experienced problems with the company "Contact for Lenses". I'm on their mailing list and they keep sending "special offer" emails to me. But every time the pricing that they show in their emails cannot be found on their website.
I emailed them about it but they've just ignored the emails.
An example is:
Air Optix contact lenses. They send an email saying the price originally for the lenses was "£21.74". This price is crossed out and it says they now cost "£19.56" and then the email tells you you can take an "additional 10%" off that price. When you click on the link to go to their website, that states at the top the lenses cost "from £21.74". But in fact the cheapest they are on sale for is £24.99. They are not available anywhere for either £21.74 or £19.56.
I'd really like to report them to somewhere for misleading pricing - but not sure who to, would it be trading standards?
Ive emailed them several times to ask where the lenses are available for the prices they have quoted but they just ignore the email, although I know they've received it because you get an automated response. Just annoyed really that they can get away with sending out prices which don't exist.

If it bothers you then refer the matter to the Advertising Standards Authority0
