1. The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/london/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the Walt Disney World Florida family holiday' online radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 16:00 Monday 13th May to 11:59 Sunday 19th May 2013 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Station" is the Heart Network
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the online competition open to the Heart Network:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must do the following:
4. Go online to https://www.heart.co.uk and register their details & correctly answer a question. Online entry will open at Monday 13th May 16:00 and close on Sunday 19th May 11:59.
5. The winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries and notified by a phone call the following week. If the winner does not answer the phone they will be notified at the earliest convenience.
6. The online competition is open to the whole of the Heart Network.
Eligibility:

7. Winners must be 18 years or older and have a valid passport
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
9. UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America.

Disney shall be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise herein), for the following:

• Four (4) round trip economy air fares between the major international airport closest to winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA.
• Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney's Magical Express.
• Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
• Four (4) 8-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® & Water Parks, Fun & More Options.

NOTE: Items that are not included as part of the winning vacation package(s) are:
Meals

• Hotel room service
• Laundry service
• Alcoholic beverages
• Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
• Local and long distance telephone calls
• Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
• All other charges and items not otherwise described above

Winning holiday package rules include, but are not limited to:
Holiday package must be taken between 31 July 2013 and 31 July 2014
Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Travel dates which are blocked out are listed below:

• February 16 — 23, 2014
• March 24 — 31, 2014
• April 1-6, 2014

Holiday package is for the winner of the prize draw and three (3) guests of the winner's choosing.
Holiday package and holiday package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Holiday package is not redeemable for cash.
Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.
