Hi ,I have been looking for any assistance/grants for new boilers and this website came up.

So far it does look as though I may be eligible for a new free boiler as I am on low income.
Just wondered if anybody had had any work done by them or had a grant awarded.

I am thinking of applying but always worry what the small print is as some of the new boiler schemes place a charging order on your propery for 10 years so do not want any scheme like that.

Plus I wonder whether you would be allowed to choose what make of boiler you would like, say even if it,s free.
