Has anybody used these people:

Apparently they can do the job without replastering, which cuts down the cost quite a bit.
Not sure about the effectiveness of this method, though.

Mortgage companies normally ask for PCA registered companies so if this is to to satisfy a mortgage provider they may not accept it.0
