Internacionale Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter this free prize draw.
2. Prizes are non-transferable. Entries are limited to one per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Prize Draw entry to us.
3. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
4. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries.
5. The competition is open to over 18s only. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
6. Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7. The Competition closes at 23:59 on 21st June 2013. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
8. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any competition subject to these terms and conditions is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding employees of Internacionale, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the relevant competition.
9. Entry to the competition is deemed as acceptance to receive marketing communications from Internacionale.
10. The winner agrees to provide Internacionale with photographs from the Holiday. Internacionale will provide the winner with a camera with which to take the pictures.
11. The winner will be contacted by email with full details of the holiday prize, including dates within in which to claim the prize including any date restrictions within 4 weeks of the competition closing date. If Internacionale is unable to contact the winner by the end of this 4 week period, then Internacionale reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
12. The prize must be claimed by the winner and taken in the timeframe stated on the communication supplied. Internacionale's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Internacionale reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
14. There is no cash alternative and the holiday may only be taken by the competition winner, who must travel along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Internacionale, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details.
15. Your prize may not be extended and any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates. All optional flight/board/accommodation supplements and insurance are extra and must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the traveling party.
16. Internacionale recommends that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize.
17. British Citizens will need a full 10 year passport to travel and are generally required to have 6 months remaining on it after the scheduled date of return. If you or any member of your party is not a British or EU citizen or holds a non British/EU passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel.
18. Internacionale does not accept any responsibility for any winners or entrants who are not complying with the terms and conditions of this competition.
19. Internacionale reserves the right in their absolute discretion to change these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition without prior notice.
20. This prize includes flights and accommodation of a minimum 3 star rating for up to 7 nights for 3 adults over 18 years and 1 item of checked baggage up to a maximum of 15kg and one item of hand baggage up to a maximum of 5kg per person. The prize does not include travel between a winner's home and the departure/return point, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. Internacionale accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
21. The winner and accompanying passenger(s) must be available to travel for a 7 day period between 01/06/13-23/11/13.

I've PMd them on FB as there are various posts on their wall about the problem but it's still not fixed
UPDATE - just had PM from Internacionale to say they're working on the problem but they confirmed that my entry had been received even with the fatal error message. I suggest you PM them yourselves to check if your entries have been received
