Hi
I’m using a Fixed Fee Probate company to deal with the Estate of my late Mother.
All Monies from the Estate have now been collected but the Department of Works and Pensions are still processing a few final bits and until then, the Estate is being held by the company.
The question is, the Estate would be earning interest in the company’s bank account but who would be entitled to it?
Thanks,

But somewhere in the Terms of Business of the Probate company will be a statement about where they hold the funds and what it will earn.
