Avoid Adore Cruises!

They have some good offers on cruises but thesepoffers are also available with other agents. Use someone else! They are appalling. We had a horrible experience with them earlier this year we had booked a cruise on Cunard with them Hong Kong to Singapore. They put us in a hotel miles out of Hong Kong meaning a 20 min journey in every time and the expense of that. They tried to get us to upgrade the cabin on the ship as they said it had an obstructed view so an unobstructed view would be lots more (we wouldnt pay the extra and the cabin which we had been allocated from the start) did not have an obstructed view so they were just trying to get more money out of us for nothing. Finally the hotel we were put in in Singapore was nothing more than a back packers hostel in a grotty area again miles out.
Other people on the cruise had paid the same as us and had a totally different experience.
Check the offers then do yourself a favour and get teh same offer with a decent travel agent

  • I have had the exact opposite on numerous occasions when cruising with Adore Cruises; as for cabins on Cunard ships; lots of them have obstructed views and these don't always show up in the brochures. So don't rely on them.

Adore Cruises took me on a Caribbean Cruise last year that also had stays in Memphis and New Orleans. It was brilliant.

Guess what I have already booked to go with Adore Cruises next year to watch the Monaco grand prix and I can't wait.

IME its usually a stooge for the company concerned clumsily attempting some damage limitation - And ensuring we now really do know what kind of shonky operator they are. :D
