I managed it, somehow, I can't explain how, but I managed it

isitenough

Use your mouse to guide the scalpel around (keeping the left button pressed) and it shows you on the right, in red, which line to follow. When you've cut all the way around the item (kidneys etc..) you get a pair of hands to use to put them in the box on the left of the screen.
Took some time but I didn't kill them!!

hold the scapel next to the side of the wound and press the left mouse button. You got to try and do the bottom oart blind! V diffixult and gross!!! Hope this helps?
