Big dish of roasted chicken wings and salad, takes a little prep chopping the salad and the chicken cooks it's self. Add garlic bread if you want!Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

I buy those tin foil trays with lids and make lasanga, spag ball, stewing steak in box or tin foil trays with lids 10 for a £1 in pound shop. I freeze them when made then just before I leave I take them out put in cool bag along with 2 of those frozen ice packs. I also ask my local butchers ( birds butchers best for this ) to vac pack fresh meat, ie: ham, beef or whatever takes your fancy add to cool bag, this can last up to 7 days if unopened in a fridge. I also make quice in those foil trays and cling film wrapped on top. although I make this day or two before we leave and this also goes in cool bag. I also buy a steak pie from local butchers family sized. I take cheese with me out the fridge, butter or anything in fridge that might fit in cool bag. you just cook and throw away trays just add new potaoes, side salad, or chips from a chip shop. pasta for spag ball. for stewing meat just cook add potatoes new or mashed plus veg it's got it's own gravy
I only buy salad and potaoes when on hols. if you have a large family just buy another cool bag and ice packs and double your quantity
. I drive down to cornwall and it's still frozen when I get there and I just transfer to fridge and freezer
ho and tins of tuna and sweetcorn
