How do you check to see if on electoral roll???

My partner was not on the electoral roll and has requested to be added over a month ago. Where do we go to see if he is now on the electoral roll? Is there a web site? Could you post a link to this web page???

I dont think you can look it up on a website . I would ring your local council office and ask them to check for you.
