I have never used a Condenser Tumble Dryer so need advice here .
I have a cupboard I want to put the washing machine in and a condenser dryer on top .Also in the cupboard is the fuse box .
Electrician said it would be ok ,I am not sure .
Do condenser dryers give off heat or steam .I have never used one.

They give off plenty of heat, no surprise considering they are heating clothes to the point where the water evaporates. Ours warms the kitchen and lounge.
They do not give off steam, but I'd keep the cupboard door open to allow air to circulate.0 -
They will generate some heat and there is usually a vent at the front which you need to keep clear i.e keep the cupboard door open while operating.
You'll also need to be able to empty the condensate water container so bear this in mind too.If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!0 -

Not necessarily. If it is in the same cupboard as the washer you can plumb the dryer into the washing machine drain. Just check the dryer has this capability. Both the ones we have owned have.0 -
Ours only seems to blast cool air out of the front, I can't remember ever feeling it hot.0

Our waste pipe from the washing machine become damaged and was squirting water over the back wall for a few days before we even noticed.
Would you want a fuse box in the same cupboard?0 -
If you go for one of the high spec units from Siemens/Bosch or if within your budget the Miele with the heat pump, there is virtually no heat coming off the vent fan. Any heat generated within the machine is recycled. These machines can also be plumbed into the drain. We’ve had to remove your signature. Cheaper models may give off steam. Mine was pretty cheap. It is located in the garage. I don't have to empty the water tank thingie nearly as often as I ought to, judging from the moisture in the clothes that go in. Therefore I assume that the rest of the moisture escapes in the form of steam. Doesn't really bother me as the drier is in the garage, but I wouldn't put it in a cupboard.0

I had my Bosch condenser drier in a cupboard for years. I usually left the door ajar just to allow air circulation. It gives off some heat, but there is no feel of dampness to it. Mine does not have the capability to be plumbed in, but the container for the condensate is not large and is easily removed to be emptied.0

Don't pour the condensate down the drain !! use it in your steam iron............0
