You will find lots of independent reviews online about DFD and many other IVA companies.
Have a chat with 2 or 3 IVA companies before you decide who to proceed with0 -

See my post regarding their poor service under 'praise, vent & warnings'....... I have just updated it today.
I completed the payments to my IVA this time last year, but they are still to mark it as completed or issue a certificate of completion. Abolutely terrible customer service. And I had to fight tooth & nail not to have massive payment increases imposed on me year after year despite having NO payrise and yet an increased cost of living, season ticket etc.
Avoid them at all costs.I am employed as a manager in a financial services institution. My views are entirely my own.0
