Sainsbury direct debit problems

Hi, we switched at the end of last year, using Uswitch, to sainsbury energy for dual fuel, we received confirmation of account number and also that direct debits would be taken of £120 per month, this was fine as it was approx what we had been paying previously.
However since Jan 2013 they have only been taken £42.00 per month. We contacted them to ask why and was told that this figure is for elec only, a fig of £7.50 per month was being taken for gas as this is the figure that Uswitch had given them which they now admit is incorrect. I wish!
The guy on the phone says they will take £73.00 for gas from May 1st and guess what no money was taken or still has been and we now have a bill for £355, which we can't view online as their online account is always down, which will be for gas.
Am I dreaming it or did I hear a case went through recently where a utilities co was told they can't claim back payment if it is their adult the money wasn't taken from the account?
Apologies for the long post

no its if they dont bill you
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
