RBS Silver Account

Hi

I have the RBS Silver Account with the free credit reports. I have tried to get my report for four days now and when I click the link, the page just stalls and nothing loads, is anyone else encountering this problem?

    I've got Natwest Silver account and it's not working for me either.... Hmmm, part refund of monthly charge me thinks! ;):D:p

    I had an RBS Select Silver account and I had the same problems, you should speak to customer services, you should maybe also consider if your just looking to see your credit report you can request one from Experian for a quid I believe. Hope you get it sorted soon bud!

    There are a number of features I use, such as mobile phone insurance and this credit report thing.

    It worked fine on Thursday, whereas now it just don't want to load.
