Has anyone used THE CLAIMS COMPANY

Wondered if anyone can help me, before you all tell me i should have done it myself, ive got Dyslexia, for example a few years ago after 8 letters i never got my £3k back from Lloyds TSB Bank.
But getting to the point, october last year i instructed The Claims Company to try and get my PPI back for me, i know i definately should get something back from the loan i had with GE Money.
I last heard from the claims company the beginning of April, but after several emaiols and phone calls, ive had no reply back from them in the last 3 to 4 weeks, if anyone can help id appreiciate it.
This is the first time ive tried a forum, so if ive got it wrong way round, please bare with me, cheers keith.

No claims company do any more than you can do yourself.

Use a spellchecker to help with dyslexia.

Don't bother with a CMC (claims management company), get rid of them, just write another letter to GE and copy the CEO's office. They should acknowledge your letter and then, if no decision within 8 weeks refer the case to FOS.

If you cancel your contract, you will probably hve to pay a 'reasonable' fee as stipulated by the MoJ.

Either you cancel your contract, pay the fee or you will have to wait for the company to contact you.
