Neff kitchen protection plan

Hi all
we have just fitted a new kitchen including a number of Neff appliances. Now, I am not a fan of extended warranties but Neff offer a protection plan provided by Domestic & General. The plan gives 5 years cover (including 2 years manufacturers guarantee) and also cover for accidental cover for the full 5 years.

The cost is £199. Since one of the appliances is an induction hob which I understand can be very expensive to repair, I am tempted. The £199 would cover oven, hob, cooker hood and combination microwave, so for another 3 years peace of mind seems quite reasonable.

I have read some bad reviews about Domestic & General. Has anyone had experience of this kitchen plan?
