Black Horse - PPI complaint rejected

I got the exact same reply from BH re a PPI reclaim on a loan from 2002, they hold all the cards, I was definitely miss sold, I never knew anything about the PPI being included but they use the bog standard reply - you signed the agreement - I think for these older claim where the FSO can't help due to the age, BH are using this to reject, all of my points about being mis sold have all been totally ignored not once but 3 times by BH - very very shady characters, I pointed out in a last ditch attempt yesterday about their parent company being found out for rejecting valid claim, all they said was 'they have different procedures to LloydsTSB' shocking!!!:mad::mad:

Two things;
Saying you knew nothing about the PPI is a weak argument because you put your signature to the agreement outlining the terms including the insurance. This indicates you have either simply forgotten about the PPI or you failed to read what you were signing for. Unfortunately, neither of these indicates a mis-sale.

Why have you complained about this three times?
