Getting out of Orange Broadband contract

Hi there,
apologies if this isn't the right board,
We were going to change out Broadband from Orange to Sky a couple of months ago, rang Orange for MAC and was offered a better deal so kept Orange but since then its gone right downhill it drops at least once every hour (ive 2 Brighboxes and tried both but still the same thing) every time i ring up they try and blame Sky saying there's still a pending stop on the line although neither Sky nor BT can find any such thing on their records etc its just gone rubbish.
So i was wondering (as im tied up into a 12 month contrac since i stayed with them) would i be able to get out of this for the simple fact the service has gone to pot?
Any help/advice is greatfully appreciated

No chances are negligable to say the least. You can ask but when the refuse you would need to take them to court to prove a breach of contract, not easy to do when no one can find a fault.

You should head over to the broadband forums for help, as the likely hood is that your router is needing tweaked, frequent drop out are often caused by hardware badly configured.
