ppi santander credit card

im considering making a claim for a ppi refund in respect of a santander credit card taken out in 2007 which is now a closed account. i have a copy of my agreement which i completed online. im not sure if the box for ppi was pre ticked or if i ticked it. does anyone know whether it would have been preticked? also i was only working 16 hours per week and have no details if i would have been covered correctly for only working part time. any ideas? just trying to gather some details to check if i was missold. thanks
