How far back?

Hi, couple of questions... how far back can you claim? .. also, I have previously had an IVA, which was repaid early, can I claim on loans involved in that? ... also I haven't got information on what loans etc, I had , as most were over 10 years ago, where can I find this information?..... HELP!

You can complain as far back as you like. However, different distribution channels became regulated at different times. Plus, the further back you go, the less likely information is still going to exist on closed debts that had PPI built into them.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Plus as you were in an IVA debt amounts may have been written off, so it's probale/possible any redress will go towards that first.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
