redeployment pool & refusing job offer

Hi this is my situation.currently in a redeploy pool have applied for new job received an informal offer .but have turned down as further to travel.How does this affect my situation seeing as my employer did not offer me the job can I be dismissed or will it affect any voluntary exit or vol redundancy. thanks for advice

If the job wasn't offered by your employer how would they know? it is none of their business. Your rights are not affected.0

I came back and told team i had a informal offer i hadnt actually thought it hrough i should have..i am afraid i could be in a poor position now am i able to refuse whichout being penalised0
