    Only if you used the 1 years worth of NCB then you will have received the renewal or final letter saying you had 2. You cannot mix and match.

    If the policy that expired in January was not used to take out insurance in June then its a different policy.

    If you had 2 policies start at the same time how can one end in June?

    the 2 policies are separate and did not start at the same time.

    Then its still a NO.

    You can declare the amount thats on the renewal of the policy thats not in use and nothing more.
