I used to have a Morgan Stanley credit card about 5/6 years ago but apparently they were bought out is this true? does anyone know who bought them out? and who do I write to to apply for PPI refund? Thanks

You don't "apply for a refund". If you have a valid reason, you make a complaint that you believe it was mis-sold.0

My Morgan Stanley Dean Witter card ended up as a Barclaycard if that helps0
