What I wanted to know is if my letter of legal action is okay..from any experts?

    Honest answer - it's poor.

You need to specify exactly what you are claiming and why. You don't. You can claim for 3 things: out of pocket expenses, the difference between what you paid for and what you received, and loss of enjoyment.

The first is easy to quantify, The second is harder, and the third is more difficult.

You don't seem to provide any breakdown of this, and need to do so before listing what you're planning to use as evidence.
