First offer from PPI claim

Hello guys and gals, wondering if anyone can give me some advice, I've just had a letter from Cardif Pinnacle who have made me an offer of £1593.76 for mis-sold ppi and £999 (8% interest for every year) so total of £2592. I don't want to sound greedy but is worth me writing back and asking for a higher amount? If so can anybody tell me some clever wording?? Thanks if your reading this and can help me.

You'll only be offered what you actually paid, so unless you know you paid more, that's what you'll get.

You'll need to dig out your paperwork to check whether what's been offered is how much PPI you've paid.

Well done, l have had a PPI complaint with FOS for 3 years against Cardiff Pinnacle can you tell me was this for PPI on a loan and when did you first put in your claim:beer:
